Steer clear! Every time I call to speak with the people I need to, they are always unavailable. I’ve left multiple messages and sent emails, yet no one ever responds. I haven’t had any correspondence from anyone in 15 months — no one is that busy. In the past 19 days alone, I’ve called four times. A week ago I asked to speak to a manager or someone in charge, only to be told there wasn’t anyone available. When I asked how to make a formal complaint, the staff member said she wasn’t sure and would get back to me. Honestly, I’m not holding my breath. Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism.

I recently engaged the services of Alana Pointon to assist with a property settlement and custody agreement with my ex-partner. These guys have been an absolute godsend for me during my CTP claim. Everyone on Monique's team has been lovely to work with and have made time plenty of time for me. Under no circumstances use this company for criminal matters. Hamish actually provided information to police that I was charged with. He personally called the fraud police about matters not concerning him. So be aware if you use Hamish or any criminal solicitor from this firm, you might as well drive yourself to jail. Practically a police informant. I would not have served jail time if Hamish didn’t inform the police. So beware. Should you or anybody needing information about this matter please feel free to contact me i have all transcripts and date of information when he contacted the police and informed them. So if he wants to deny or press civil matters regarding his actions he should reflect and or go ahead with civil matters I’m not the only one.
