I had such a good experience with Skilldirect! I was given the phone number to an agent through a mutual friend, and after I called to tell him what I wanted for my case (my visa type, my deadlines), he accepted the case and transfered all my information to an associate assistant who later created a fb messenger groupchat with everyone involved. The assistant was very responsive to all my emails and fb direct messages. I never had to wait more than 1 business day for any of my question. Everyone seems to understand whose job is to cover which of my concerns. The process of paying was also simple and legitmate, and as soon as I sent them proof of payment they actioned right away the big task of applying for my visa. In my case, I was granted my visa around 10 days later. Overall, their service is excellent and the price is reasonable, highly recommend and will consider them again in the future in case I need any immigration advice.
