No perfect 10s, but for the Skill Direct team! This morning, October 9th, I received my SA results for the External Auditor field and I'm so happy! The results were excellent and came much faster than expected. I'm so lucky to have chosen the SD team because they were so dedicated and went to great lengths to help me submit my application via Express Service (while a bunch of other agents said they couldn't, probably because they'd never done it before :))). They were very helpful and responsive; I didn't have to make any changes to anything they did, I just uploaded it to Google Drive and submitted it.
