The immigration consultation was terrible. We paid for a consultation for a sponsor we were offered in a DAMA region. We sent all the requested information, including a fully detailed CV, an additional information sheet, and even payslips for verification. However, the agent, PANG, only read our CVs and had no idea why we were consulting. The entire 30 minutes were spent reviewing our CVs during the consultation. She didn't even know which ANZCO codes we wanted to apply for; she only started looking up which DAMA program we wanted to apply for a week prior. I definitely do not recommend this agency's immigration services.
I am truly grateful to Kate for her enthusiastic support and guidance throughout the application process. Whenever I had questions, she explained everything clearly and provided prompt assistance, which made me feel more confident in the visa application. From transferring schools to submitting my new visa application, she closely monitored and helped me prepare everything very carefully and thoughtfully.
