I highly recommend SIA Education and their consultant, Vivian. I used Vivian's assistance with my Australian student visa application, and the entire process was incredibly smooth and meticulous. Vivian has a background in immigration studies, so her professionalism is reassuring. She also provided many helpful tips on important details for the Australian visa application and responded very quickly during working hours. Most importantly, the visa processing speed was phenomenal; the medical exam form was uploaded, and the visa was issued within one or two days. While agencies can't control the immigration officer's processing speed, complete documentation and a well-written Service Statistical Report (GS) can have a decisive impact. Stay away from the Thailand branch, They will hound you for payment just for inquiring, and even after payment they will provide you with surface level visa details that you can find on the government website, so whats the point of paying?. The agent i was assigned was not only incredibly rude which felt like they are looking down on us during consultation, they also took many hours normally until the end of the day to respond therefore drawing out the process to be longer than it needs even though we are a paying client. for our case they claimed to not charge us for service fee until we apply for visa and then later when we are thinking to apply they send an invoice asking to pay for service fee and then will deduct later. I would excuse this behavour if it was a new hire, however this person is a manager so this behavour cannot be excused. This branch unprofessional and cannot be trusted to apply for your visa, better to take your money elsewhere as maybe you will get proper service for your money unlike here.

I was introduced to SOL by someone, and at first I was a little hesitant because their office is in Queensland while I live in a different state. But SOL didn't disappoint me. From preparing the application to submitting it and receiving the visa, it took almost 1.5 years because my case was a bit difficult due to studying a different field and it coincided with a period when visa requirements for international students were being tightened, so I needed to prepare very carefully.
