I applied for my 485 visa after my graduation through Studynet in 2022 and their agent Virender Nagar applied for the wrong stream of 485 visa (Graduate Work stream instead of Post Study work visa) and wasn’t even aware about which the correct stream of visa is. Because of his mistake, now I cannot get an extension of the 485 visa that I would have normally gotten for 2 years more in Australia. Upon telling them this,they said they would look into the matter but it has been more than a month and I keep contacting them to rectify the mistake or compensate me financially and to this day,they still haven’t called me or taken any steps to resolve this issue.Would never recommend them to anyone.The reason i opted to pay for professional help with the visa application is so that mistakes like this wouldn’t be made. And Virender made such a grave mistake that it has ruined my future plans in Australia.And now, Studynet is not even handling this mistake that THEY made professionally to resolve the issue and help me.
StudyNet has helped me through to access my admission, for which I am grateful to them. However, Mrs. Aklima Akter (working at Banani Dhaka Office), who was my Education consultant processed my papers, seems like doesn't perform proper background checks during filing applications. Her carelessnes has put me into trouble just after I touched down at Australia. Now I have to run around through different departments to switch my curriculum, about which she is totally refusing to guide me through. She is ditching my text messages, phone calls and every possible ways of communication. Totally disappointed. It feels hopeless in an unknown situation now. PLEASE Think TWICE before consulting with StudyNet. She is the nicest rude person I have ever seen. Totally feeling dumb working with this education consultancy. Think twice before applying through them because when you need them they will ignore you and make you frustrated like me. I have all the proofs what she has done so far to me.
