I had never been to a Western country before, with only a limited travel experience to two Asian countries. However, Diyan performed an exceptional job in securing an Australian Visa for me under Subclass 400 (Temporary Working Visit Visa). She managed the entire process with great efficiency and care. I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of her work and highly recommend 'The Visa Center' to anyone seeking an Australian visa, even if they have limited travel history. Diyan's expertise and professionalism truly made the difference. After 5 months, I got their service again to get Schengen visa for Switzerland and Judith did an impressive job of getting it for myself & my wife.
I have worked with The Visa Centre for years and l definitely recommend them for anyone. Today is a very happy day for me because after two UK visit visa refusals I got the visa today. First of all I thank God for that and I am very thankful to Ms. Diyan Isaac who handled my case. After my two refusals, I went to The Visa Center. There I met Mr.Dale who gave me great encouragement and handed over my case to Ms. Diyan Isaac to handle. She has been very supportive throughout my visa process and she was always standing behind me like a friend and a mother. She is very professional, supportive and friendIy , I really really appreciate her and High recommended this place and also I highly recommend VISA CENTRE to anyone struggling with their visa applications. This is the absolute worst service organization that I have ever dealt with. Because of their lapses, I was unable to make the work trip that I had scheduled. I had to pay nearly 100,000 LKR for them to forward an email from the relevant embassy to me and then zip up documents that I prepared and email them back to the same embassy. They did not even do that on time. They hardly answer the phone. They have no contacts to help with the process; I had to call/email the embassy myself to get an update on my application. Their owner is rude and condescending, and their staff is hardly any different. It was an utterly terrible experience overall. Avoid this place at all costs.
I am extremely happy for the services they have provided us regarding uk visitor visa application, specially thankful to Ms Diyan for her dedication and understanding towards the process. This is my 2nd experience with her. First I went there following refusal of my mom's visa (which was done by me) due to lack of evidence for back home ties, Thanks for Ms Diyan, she was extremely helpful, studied my case first and prepared everything according to refusal reasons, she is a senior visa consultant with sound skills. I was familiar with Dale's impressive track record in immigration for more than 6 years. When I made the decision to begin my migration process, I visited several agencies in Colombo. I got my Visa rejected from several other agents, and then i went to the Visa centre, just within 3 weeks they managed to get me my visa grant to Australia , All thanks to Mr.Dale and his team, from the start Mr.Dale, Mr. Deshantha showcased their expertise and professionalism, they were very friendly and helpful through out the process , I highly recommend VISA CENTRE to anyone struggling with their visa applications. Mr Dale and his team were incredible. They helped me reunite with my husband through a very complexed system. Mr Dale guided us and would get on a call with us wherever he is in the world just to make sure we didn’t get discouraged through this process. He said ‘you will one day look back on these days while sipping on your coffee with your husband by your side in the U.S and remember the tough days you’ll went through to get to where you are’ and he was right a 100%.
