Regarding my brother-in-law's visit visa for Australia, we contacted the visa center on September 14th to explain our situation. They subsequently sent us an invoice for processing. After deliberation, we decided to apply for a visa only for my brother-in-law and promptly paid the charges as per the invoice. However, he encountered an issue, and we requested that they modify the application to include his family. We paid the additional amount based on the invoice, which only entailed changing the registration fees for the kids. Subsequently, they sent another invoice for $56,000 as professional fees for the children after a month. Unfortunately, our agreement was terminated after a month, wasting our time. I also want to mention that Dian was very helpful, but the owner of the company was quite difficult to deal with.
