We were directed to Diyan Isaac by Dale Rabot of The Visa Center, as our consultant to apply for our UK visas. Diyan always gave us the best instructions to get everything in order. From the point of preparing the required documentation, applying for an appointment to submit the documents and biometrics, following up until the visa is approved, etc. she did her best. Further, she was very careful about each single date we mention on the document, and also there were no space for a little spelling mistake even. We felt so confident on all our documents, specially, the cover letter which Diyan did for us was "to the point". Also, she was contactable at any time, and even responded to all my messages without delay. Even after the visa approval, and we coming to the UK, whenever I wanted any reference from our application documents, she always helped me. We decided to go to The Visa Center only considering the reviews on google. And should say, that all the wonderful reviews here are only because of the great service they provide. A HUGE THANK YOU to Diyan and everyone at The Visa Center for making our visa application process smooth and an easy one. I am highly satisfied with their service, and would fearlessly recommend them.
Hi Mr. Dale, My family obtained our Australian citizenship today. Tharaka and I would like to thank you and your staff so much for all the hard work, advice and helping us during this process. We know that it could not have happened without you. What was probably the most stressful situation to deal with was made so much easier with all your time, patience and positive attitude. This is the third time we have worked with the Visa Centre, and again it was a success! All three times we have worked with Diyan Izaacs, who has been a pleasure to work with. She asks a lot of questions and pays attention to even the smallest details, this has helped us to create a strong application with supporting documents. We really appreciate the time spent, the honest advice given and the thorough checking of all our documents. For anyone who is either struggling to get a visa, or has no idea where to start, we would definitely recommend the Visa Centre. They take you every step of the way - and when it comes to visas, you really need the experts to take you through. We had a complex case for the two applicants we were about to sponsor to visit the UK. We had approached many other visa consultants on this matter before. But the advice given by them had only put us off pursuing this subject any further over the past 10 years or so. We had already given up our hopes about it. We then found out about “The Visa Centre” through a friend recommendation. We spoke to Dale about the circumstances. Dale advised us on the most suitable approach for our UK visa application which made us very confident about going forward with it. Our case was handled by Deshantha who was very professional. A lot of paperwork we had to gather in the process. Instructions we received from Desahntha throughout the application process was precise, genuine, and always reflected the true story of the applicants we were sponsoring. The outcome was a success. I don't know that this company still exist..Few years back i have seen their rating so poor...Now they did some fake reviews to boost their rating...I visit some years ago...Since I'm good in handling people, i found this is another waste place...But still people getting caught by their ads which available in ikman and other web portal.. My dear people when you visit any agency in srilanka , give works to your eyes and ears.. Carefully looks and listen everything...Don't go behind with false promise and unreality tales that saying by agents...
This is not a consultancy firm , they are money seekers, they don't provide any consultancy facility or related information. The day I went , they said me to fill an application , after I filled that , they took me into conference room which does online zoom consultancy , some crazy person from new zealan(a srilankan guy, I think the owner of this firm) he said me you must pay us before doing the consultancy and told the recipient to give the payment sheet , it was around Rs.50,000 for the initial consultancy process. And I want move away but he is convincing me this is a good consultancy we will help you and bla bla. Useless of wasting time on consultancy firms like these. DON'T GO! Thank You.
