we ( myself and husband) are very greatful to the team of THE VISA CENTER for giving us a great support to get my resident visa to Australia. They have good knowledge about how and what documents we have get ready with even before logging the appication. so that we dont have to waste time giving documents time to time as they requested. I would like to thankful to REBECCA as she did a great job for me as long as she can and aslo been nice and kind and friendly to me. Also want to remind and thank to DESHANTHA for continuing the rest of the procedure very well till the visa is granted. I can recomend the VISA CENTER for anyone to go through for the visas.
We (myself and my wife) applied for our student and student dependent (F1 and F2) US visas through visa center. Our case was handled by Mr Deshantha Ranasinghe. We received a very professional service and they helped us to prepare all the required documents. Deshan gave us all the tips to face the interview and he prepared a professional cover letter for us. We were able to get through the interview on the first attempt thanks to deshan and the visa center team. I can highly recommend this place for US visa services.
A trustworthy place anyone can rely on. They were able to obtain Canadian Visa for my whole family even during this pandemic situation. We were trying many other places, but none was like them. The very first day we visited them, we realized that it's the correct place. Mr. Dale, and the team supported us in every possible way and guided us throughout the process. The most important thing was they are very professional and introduced us to the correct professional personnel including Canadian lawyers. So the whole process was crystal clear and there were no any mishaps. Sometimes even more than us, they were following the process. Their charges were also reasonable and straightforward, nothing hidden. I recommend the Visa Center as one of the best immigration and travel consultants in Sri Lanka.
It's a විස Centre not a වීසා Centre ============================ I have seen poor consultants. But this place is bad on a whole other level. Abysmal service and a senseless cash-grab. Absolutely no real urgency to expedite a client's case. Do not visit this place!! Also, I originally mistook the owner Dale for a used car salesman trying to sell me IELTS classes. His exaggerated opinions of himself are to be taken with a grain of salt. Only the almighty knows how the company has been operating for the last 21 years and have processed visas since 1999. I suspect whether this is also a grandiose sales claim with no real truth. P.S. My name in the company's records is not the same as this Google profile. So don't bother cross-checking.
IF YOU'RE A STUDENT READ THIS BEFORE VISIT THIS PLACE!! After the first 15 minutes of talk with the chief consultant, they'll simply ask you to make a payment of RS. 38,000/- saying registration fee (NON REFUNDABLE) after that only they will show you an agreement with 3 to 5 pages with so many policies and the refund policy is just depend on the management's decision. And from a student they'll charge another RS. 57,000 just to bring the offer from the University you looking for. And another RS. 50,000 somewhat to process the documents and submit to visa. All these hidden charges you will see after you done the payment for registration fee of Rs. 38,000/- and when you ask for a refund of that registration fee after reading the agreement they'll not refund that money right away. They will simply say they've to submit it to the management as the agreement says. And they'll ask you to write a request letter. And I got a refund of RS. 35,500/- in the next day at 2AM (should be a online money transfer) and I don't know for what reason they've cut off RS. 2500/- because they clearly said that from 9AM to 11AM it's free consultation and I only got an agreement from them and an On approval receipt because they got no electricity at that time to print a bill. If 10 students went to this place for a day like me, they'll make RS. 25,000/- without doing nothing. There are so many free educational consultants around the island who do their job genuinely without charging a rupee. I don't recommend this place for students who has their dream to study abroad. AND DO NOT PAY A PENNY WITHOUT SEEING THEIR AGREEMENT OR CONTRACT OR WHATEVER THEY CALL!!!!!! Fyi - if you're talking to a staff, first ask their name otherwise if you call them 'akka' mistakenly, they will say they have a name in a weird rude manner in front of other customers. The Visa Centre has helped us twice to obtain a tourist visa for the UK. Once in 2016 for a 1 year tourist visa and recently in 2019 for a 2 year tourist visa. Both times we have worked with the company (specifically Diyan Isaacs) it has been a pleasant experience. Not only was the service professional, but Diyan really helped to finalize all the small details. She contacted us out of work hours and even worked on her day off so that we could submit our visa in time. There really are no words to express how much that means to us! For our first visa, we had received 3 refusals and thought the situation was hopeless, but with their help, we were able to get the visa, not once, but twice! They will give their honest opinions and advice and not butter you up with false promises. And when it comes to visas, honest advice is just what you need for it to be successful, even if it's hard to hear at first. We really believe that we couldn't have done it without their help and would recommend anyone struggling to go and meet with them. Thank you Diyan and the rest of the Visa Centre team for your continuous hard work!
Excellent service received. My mother's visa was rejected two times by UK, before applying through the Visa Centre. Our consultant Deshantha Ranasinghe was extremely professional and helpful, and helped my mother to navigate through the process smoothly. To be honest, I did not have much hope about this, as my mother is a widow and does not have much provable links to Sri Lanka. The service is not cheap, but in my opinion it is well worth the value for money. Finally, our visa was granted, would use them again.
The Visa Centre is the best agency i have ever dealt with. The service provided by the visa centre had exceeded my expectations and it could not have been better. We had a visa refusal ( Student Dependent) before we go to The Visa Centre. But they have literally sorted the visa for my wife without any hassle and no issues. The advice were spot on, the service was accurate and very professional. Our agent was Ms. Diyaan Issac. She always answered our emails, calls very quickly and provided all the correct advice when needed. I really appreciate the cover letter of them which they had written for my wife's visa.
