The worst australia migration agent in Sri Lanka. These so called visa consultants have no idea about skill assessment that you have get from relevant assessing authorities before logging an application. I had terrible 3 months experience with these frauds. If your occupation is on the skilled list, the person who interviews you (Dale) first persuade to get registered with them first paying 48K (for spouse extra 48K). They had no idea of my profession which is regulated in australia. Without any background research, Deshantha, a consultant at the visa center guided me on the assessment process which costs me 150K (and professional fee of 115K), and finally realized he had chosen the wrong pathway. Later he asked me to chose a totally different path which usually costs 2200$. Once i complained about this issue, Dale informed me that they can’t process my application and would do a free assessment for Canada migration. It was such a big mistake to choose them for australian migration, after so many arguments they requested me to accept full refund. And the funny thing was, the refund was on compassionate grounds saying i requested to withdraw from the application process. Moreover the held my LKR: 211K for 3 months (took one month to refund) and had to involve in so many arguments to get the full refund. What these people usually do is, persude you if your profession is on the skilled list >get your money > spend weeks without guiding > get professional fee > spend weeks without guiding >skill assessment, if everything goes bad, the don’t bother. JUST REFUND. Finally they make a profit by holding our hard earned money for months. Please be aware of these crooks!!!!!
It's located at Maitland Crescent, Colombo 07. Easy to find. Staff were friendly and very attentive. Mostly they arranged study visas for different countries. They advise for Migration options too. My experience with them was very pleasant. They did a free assessment after interviewing my family and informed the options available for our family to migrate to Newzealnd. They charge a nominal fee for processing visas. Since this is our first experience with them and in the process of arranging visas, updates will be posted with the development at various stages.
Wasted 2 years of my life trying to get visa to visit my girl friend in Portugal. Followed their instruction properly since they are the professionals on this field. My visa was rejected 3 times because of them. And more than $1000 wasted. "I also appealed for the rejected visa through them and they didn't know how it was done. (They sent me to the embassy to submit an appeal when it was not suppose to be done like that in the first place.)" Went for the best rated visa consultant hoping i could get my visa without a problem to see my girlfriend for the first time. 2 years and 3 months gone, still we haven't met yet. I am sorry to say but, Choosing visa center is the worst decision of my life, period. PS. the costing of their services are purely based on manager's decision. manager just write whatever the amount he likes.
Not worth even ONE STAR. Should give minus. They give free consultation for just 2-3 minutes, thats also a skype call. If you want to meet personally face to face, you have to pay 7,000/-. They ask money even to get the checklist for visa, while all the other agents providing all the details for free. Waste of money. 48,000/- per person, only to register with them, when hand overing documets again charging 57,000/- per person. If you are applying with these people as a family of two kids, you have to pay, nearly 500,000/- to them before getting your visa. These charges are non-refundable. Even after registering, never give priority for customers. They only need money. Don't use their service, please find some other good place. Dont waste yor time n money on them. Not even worth of One Star...
The visa center is one of the best places where you can reach to get help with your any kind of Visa. They provide excellent services and they help to choose the best options available. Also they provide effective and efficient customer service. The staff is very friendly. Thank you Shaneen & Mr Dale for your kind service and for your effort. The Visa Center is the best place for anyone who is interested in getting their visas done. I had a very good experience with them and the senior consultant Ms. Diyan Isaac was absolutely brilliant. She was helping me to get all the documents and paperwork done, and answered all my questions properly. Response time was super fast for text messages and emails. They provide a very good professional service. Do not hesitate to go there to get your visas done. I highly recommend the Visa Center.
