International migration can be long and complex but thankfully with the help of AIMS I am now living in Australia as a permanent resident. After starting the process myself, I got AIMS involved who gave me a clearly defined pathway to getting my visa, along with all the templates required to assist in completing my application. Ferren, Richard and the team were very professional and always prepared for the next step of my application. They knew exactly what needed to be done and when. It was so wonderful to hear that I have been successful in my permanent residency application. I dealt with Richard and his company before they rebranded to Think Visa. Richard knows the rules and can get the work done but makes the whole process so painful by constantly asking for additional $$$ on top of his initial fees (which was already much higher than others) and kept putting me under pressure to pay asap otherwise he will drop the application or our contract. This makes the already stressful process of immigration even worse. I wouldn’t sign any contracts with his name on it.

We engaged Think Visa to help with our marriage visa and initially applied for a tourist visa for my wife, which sadly was refused. As part of the process, they lodged our marriage visa and later applied for another tourist visa on our behalf. We are still waiting on the marriage visa, but we couldn’t be happier with the support, patience, and guidance the team has given us so far.
Thanks for granting my visa. Your service charges is very expensive, and i can't afford. I searched for another places in Melbourne, and understood that Your company has the only organisation to pay more from customers. Student visa + COE = $ 4000. Moreover, You are also make a problem, take a customer file to one assistant for one week, and second week the file is handled by another assistant of your company. Please improve your service, especially talking to customers.
