Without question, one of the most professional businesses that I have ever dealt with. As an employer, it is often hard to find the time and skill that is required to negotiate through the very complex issues that surround a work visa process. Alliance International has seen me through two successful applications- first through my 457 business sponsorship visa, and next through a partner de facto visa. They were professional and offered extensive advice on how to proceed with my applications. I also appreciated that they were available to answer my questions without delay throughout the entire process. We chose them initially for my 457 visa because the position I was nominated for, was being taken off the list soon and most other agencies did not want to take my case. Although there was a long wait, the application did eventually go through and I was able to continue working with the company for some time. I am very glad that I have chosen the services of the team of professionals at Alliance International Migration Services. From the beginning of our visa application process, they have maintained a high standard of service. They were very upfront and open with me about the timing, process, amount of documents and costs involved at each stage of the application. They are also very responsive, the solicitors I have dealt with have never failed to return my phone calls. It was a relatively long process for us, in relation to the nature of our application, however we felt supported and guided by professionals who have ample experience at every single stage. With more particular importance to us, we also felt we were dealing with genuine people who took on our interest just as much as us. The team at AIMS in Melbourne did a truly great job helping my partner and I to get a PR 186 visa. We ran into problems demonstrating the de-facto nature of our relationship. We had a first contact with AIMS on the phone and explained our situation. By the time of the first face-to-face meeting the day after, they had already developed a very clever strategy to solve our problem. I really appreciated that they gave us a fair and honest assessment of our chances of success and also proposed different back up plans depending on how the situation would have evolved. It has been an absolute pleasant experience I had with AIMS.
