I have used services of Alliance International for a few times while on my visa in Australia. Finally we got to where we aimed to be - to become PERMANENT RESIDENTS? Big thank you to this company for providing all the knowledge along the way. I highly recommend their service. First I used to communicate with Richard, but with my second working visa Allan has taken over and he led my application to a final stage. Do not hesitate to contact Allan if you need any help with your visa, it is your future, your life.
I posted a positive review regarding to my case 407 - Training Visa. However the way that the agents and solicitors treated me after the success of my case was extremely poor and disappointing. Initially when I was consulted by Nancy Roufail, I clearly stated that my plan was to migrate to Australia. After endless questions, Nancy Roufail clearly stated that I should go with the Training Visa as a Metal Fabricator. I remember I asked Nancy regarding this visa whether if it was a good choice to lead to PR, I also asked about getting a partner visa with my girlfriend who had held a Student Visa, Nancy advised No. After the Training Visa, I asked Chantelle about my next visa, she said her colleague would call me which someone did. In the conversation, she said that I wouldn't be eligible for the 457 visa because I do not have adequate experiences and that was the end of it, no follow-up phone calls or anything. My company paid almost $10000 for a visa that would not take me anywhere in the future, for a service that is not supportive. Honestly, if you need an agency/lawyer who could plan your future (in terms of visas) for you, AIMS isn't for you.
Paid $100 for a phone call for advice. Paid the $1300 for them to handle my application. Was given nothing more than generic templates and the paperwork itself to fill out. No advice whatsoever until we complained. When we did, we were provided more templates and no additional advice. When we got the "draft" paperwork back, it was full of grammar errors in which I had to correct on their behalf. Needless to say, a simple holiday Visa application was refuted. This company is the biggest waste of money. They will take your money knowing they cant deliver any results and will submit a poorly prepared application. Stay very clear of this company. It will cost you dearly. Do not Recommend. Proceed at your own risk. You have been warned.
It’s taken me a very long to write a review for you. I didn’t want to write one when I was full of anger or sadness of what happened, but a true representative of how I feel your company acts and treats its clients. In December 2015 I visited your office, filled full of hope that you had a ridiculous percent success rate (I mean it’s probably my own fault because I was clinging onto a hope of staying in the country). I could continue to explain how I spent almost $10,000 on the entire process and “guided” by Alan and the rest of the team on how I could get my application over the line, but I won’t bore you, I’ll just get down to the nitty gritty of this sham of a company. It’s a scam. A joke. They don’t know what they’re doing. They don’t care about you. They just want your money. Do not use them if your life depends on it. Don’t trust them. Don’t give them a penny. Over a 6/7 month process they told me everything was in hand, asking me for information I didn’t have. Making up roles and organisation charts which I told them wasn’t true. Tweaking everything I gave them to try and trick the authorities. They did the exactly the same thing to a friend - even told her she could work, turns out she couldn’t and was illegally working for a couple of months. Months went on and they were asking for more and more money, by this point your so committed you can’t turn back. It’s horrid and not worth it. You’re probably looking into immigration agencies with hope that you can stay for another year or two, but I promise you it’s not worth the torment these people put me through, all the while knowing it was never going to happen. Choice is yours though. (Unfortunately I can’t give 0 star)
We highly recommend Alliance International Migration Services to anyone planning to migrate here in Australia. The moment we made an inquiry until the grant of our permanent residency and throughout the process- they were nothing but uh-mazing! Mohammad was very thorough in our application. Allan made sure that everything we submitted were at par with the Immigration’s standards. Song and Ken were very responsive to all our queries and the team was just uh-mazing! They are obviously experienced and you can tell by the level of dedication they put into advising and assisting you throughout the process. We never expected to get our Permanent Residency as a family in a short span of time all because we had a great team backing us up 👌🏻👏🏻👍🏻 Thank you Allan Miranda, Mohammad Mia, Song Lee and Kenneth Wu for all of your help and professionalism.
I tried to get my wife and daughter to Australia for a few years but had no luck and in December 2017 I went to Alliance International Migration Services with not much confidence because of my past record with Immigration. The team initially went through the details and decided to take on the case and I was promised that they will email me the paperwork within the next few days but to my surprise by the time I got back home the paperwork was already emailed to me with step by step instructions. I also have to thank Allan Miranda as I constantly emailed him by asking questions and it was never a problem and as a matter of fact he encouraged me to keep asking questions. Recently I have dealt with Mohammad Mia as Allan was on leave and again Mohammad was excellent. I cannot recommend this company highly enough, if you are looking for a visa to come to Australia you MUST engage the professional services of Alliance International Migration Services, you will not regret it.
Overall very impressed with the service provided by Alliance International Migration Services. There are extremely responsive to calls and emails which is a big positive for me as we had a lot of questions but they were always there to assist. We had a hiccup around timings for submission for eligibility caused by an oversight however this was resolved and all efforts to rectify were provided. As our visa was approved that was the ultimate goal and it was approved many months quicker than we ever expected and we thank Alliance International for their efforts in this
I have just found out today that our PR visa has been granted. Allan told us it would take approximately 6 to 7 months and it took 6 and a half months- amazing service!!! Allan and the team have done a fantastic job with both of my visas over the years (sponsorship visa and then PR) and never fail to disappoint! I am very impressed with the amount of attention to detail that went in to our application, and they were frequently liaising with my company, my partner and I to make sure we all got it right first time. Well worth every cent!! I have previously (and will continue to) refer friends to AIMs/ Think Visa. Thanks so much for everything. Such a great feeling to be an Australian Resident! Note: A colleague of mine has applied for similar visa with a different agent and is still waiting a year later.. so I feel very happy that I chose Alliance International Migration Services to look after my visa process.
