My family and I were anxious when lodging our visa application. We had been to a few places where the fees were high and the services were mediocre. I felt like these places weren't sincere and treated these processes very robotically. Thinkvisa and their team is quite the opposite. Even though I communicated with a few people throughout our process, I saw dedicated efforts consistently. Chantelle and Wakeel communicated with me with great efficiency. They were available to answer any inquiries we had, at our convenience. We received a positive outcome and I'm very thankful to Wakeel and his sincere efforts along with his team's support, to help us feel relieved of this stress. Highly recommended!
WORST consultations I’ve ever visited, I got fooled around A$4000 which is 8 times expensive rather than other place and they mentioned they did everything already where I haven’t even give any important documents to process anything and they just eat all the money like that! Please check the worst review first before decided to come!! Have no idea how they just threw the words of money to spend. I know I’m in rush situation but they DISUSED IT TO GET MORE MONEY!!!!!! VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!!!! I DON’T EVEN WILLING TO GIVE 1 STAR!!!!
This is one of the worst agents I have ever met in my life. Most unprofessional and stupid people in business. They are not even sure what they are suggesting. I had a meeting with them, and there two agents were suggesting different things at once. I left that place more confused than ever as They don’t even know basics of the visa like 485 is TR and their suggestions contradicted with their own employees. They will charge you like professionals but you wouldn’t get anything. I regret going their.

Our company recently engaged the services of Think Visa. I was the main point of contact as the HR rep. We have dealt with a few immigration agents in the past, and I can honestly say, Think Visa’s service was the best. We are a WA based company and decided to look out of state for a more professional, efficient service. And I’m glad we did. They are above board, offered sound advice, and someone, who was familiar with our case, was always available whenever I called, and I called often. We received a positive outcome in record timing. I must admit, I was a bit skeptical at first, as the offer of a free consultation seemed too good to be true, and when I first called their offices, the receptionist who answered the phone had a strong accent and we had issues understanding each other, but then again, I have a accent and just put it down to the fact they a company who value diversity. From my very first free consult with Thara, who handed us over to Chantal who was supported by Caroline, and Young, we had a stellar experience. I’m not naive, I know there is “no such thing as a free lunch,” and I’m sure the free consultation is billed somewhere, but it was money well spent, and the fact that they are confident enough to offer that free consultation, with the cost of the billable hours upfront, speaks for itself. Miracles don’t happen every day but today I believe it did. Well, that’s what it felt like for me. Last year in late 2018, I searched the internet using google and found a few different migration specialists. After looking at some of the websites and reading the reviews, I settled on this team because I believe it was that “Our Peace Of Mind Guarantee”, a set of professional photos of all the staff and the positive reviews I read convinced me this was it. So, I rang these guys up at Alliance International Migration/Think Visa to help me with my wife’s visa application. We were open to all suggestions offered by the migration team to bring my wife and I together in Australia. At times, I felt like I had all the odds stacked against me like, my partner had never been to Australia, was financially poor, and we spent less than two months physically together. But we just kept a positive outlook and believed we could work through whatever obstacles were in our way and were determined to make it happen. Within under two months, after the partner Visa offshore subclass 309 application was completed, my wife was granted the partner VISA. Can’t thank them and all the team enough. Thanks a million…. I am really grateful for their team for handling the case in such a professional manner as well as responding to my email/calls promptly throughout the process. Their efforts in handling the case with due diligence and vigilant approach in document submission are greatly appreciated. I particularly want to mention their quick submission for EOI on the very same day when I got my positive skills assessment and I got the invite on the very next day; it is one of the main reasons I am still in Australia. hi everyone, this is my first google review ever, you can tell how much i felt the need to let the world know about this amusing experience with this firm. I gave 1 star because there is nothing lower than that. I am a business owner that happens to have half his family in Australia and is in the process to move there. unfortunately i have approached this company that i personally regret and don't advise anyone to go through a similar unpleasant experience. Hope this feedback will be useful & enlightening to some. The points below i have experienced with Think visa agents/lawyers, are usually considered by me as signs to stay away from any company: 1- They offered me ( available on their site to anyone) free consultation but they will use ( its free) statement quite often specially when you are asking them to give you more clarity and information about their OWN fees policies and terms IN WRITING. Their initial fees for my case was AUD 15000 not including government or any additional thing. this is for the initial visa only which i never objected, i just want to avoid any hidden fees & surprises. 2- They avoided giving me a full view about their fees in writing at once. I get bits and pieces after several attempts. but at the end i still did not get all the fees terms cleared. 3- if you send 5 questions, expect them to respond to 2 & a half only at best. I had to chase them to get further clarifications mainly about their fees yet they kept reminding me about point 1 in an annoying way. it felt very disrespectful to say the least. However, when you don't reply to their emails for a day or two they will send you additional/further discount offers that i found very cheesy for any firm that cares about reliability and credibility. like if the free consultation hurts you so much that you have to remind us every now and then, why offer it ? let alone offering even further discounts!? specially that we didn't ask you for either one?!! if you provide lower quality service because it is FREE ( although it was YOUR decision), the impression you are leaving is going to be (VERY) expensive.!! 4- I had to follow up many times just to get my points answered. and till this moment i am not able to get all my concerns mainly about the FEES answered in writing. despite several reminders and follow up emails. 5- They are beyond pushy. I am not the type of a person who will immediately hand over a complete life changing process & transfer AUD 15000++ right away to any company after their first very general 30 to 40 minutes phone consultation that left plenty of unanswered points ( specially that plenty of red flags about the agent/lawyer were raised in between). Funny enough the agent asked me to send him any concern I have, but when I did (mainly about their FEES), they first wanted to give me a reply over the phone & NOT in writing, when i refused they kept calling me over and over again and repeated point 1. Sorry to disappoint you guys, I usually need more time and trust before i take such decisions. 6- at the end when i insisted to get all replies in writing they called again and started attacking me and the genuinity of my application in a very impolite way although they have my full business profile.. Then they would drop the line afterwards in a very childish way. and wait for another 5 or 10 minutes and call again, and continue attacking. Then drop the line again. i have totally ignored all that and not reacted at all, just to find out they continued their childishness by sending me a pointless false email attacking me some more. i am in shock ! I have emails and screen shots for everything i mentioned here. I feel the responsibility for anyone in the process of migrating to Australia. it is already a very difficult, emotional & expensive decision to make. Therefore, not every one can afford to make a 15000++ AUD mistake. i am very glad i didn't rush into concluding with them as fast as they pushed for. if this is how a customer gets treated even before they get the money, what will be after !!!
