I paid around 3000 AUD and didn't not get the satisfactory services. In the beginning I was given the partial information, later I was bumped from one agent to another, which lead to huge communication gap, moreover, they didn't even told me which university they were applying, one's they said they were applying didn't accept the ielts requirement and my background course which I wasn't informed before( and I found own my own).They do not regard their clients as my process was stuck for around 4 months. On my end I had some financial issues but proper guidance regarding funds was not provided, they were polite on the calls and emails but at end I didn't even get a simple offer letter which they were supposed to provide, for a offer letter they were asking for all the funds in my bank account 3 months old which is ridiculous. I won't recommend their service to anyone as I myself have experienced miscommunication and no progress what so ever.
I don't usually give a 1 star rating on Google reviews, but hi think visa you could and should inform me, your client directly that there is different version of employer's financial report had been submitted to immigration department 3 years ago. If I was informed in time then I will withdraw my application and looking for another path, but i was informed after the employer nominations had been refused. However, I did appreciate some of your immigration agents' hard work and some opinions are valuable. A very unpleased experience with u guys, cost my future in this land.
Extremely disappointed with this service. The bulk of my complaint hinges on the initial consultation where an unrealistic time-frame for Visa acquisition was asserted (this was all pre-COVID). I don't expect to have received my Visa that much faster elsewhere, but being told the truth from the beginning would have managed expectations. I repeatedly clarified the timeframes to full working Visa in that initial meeting; after submitting payment the time-frames were significantly revised. That was also the last time I had any dealings with anyone remotely senior in the company. Thereafter, a slow grind of incompetence. In the end I asked my sponsoring company for advice and their agent suggested an alternative approach which worked (prioritising one Visa over another; Think Visa clearly hadn’t given this any thought). After I expressed my disappointment privately to the company (post visa acquisition) they repeatedly contacted me about leaving feedback. This is it. I expect a convoluted rebuttal but hope, rather, for some integrity and an acceptance of the validity of my one-star experience.
I can not recommend ThinkVisa enough. We applied for two visa and our agent, Talieh and Michelle, have just successfully assisted us in getting one of them approved with the other visa application still on going. Talieh and Michelle is the team you want on your cases. They did an exceptionally wonderful job - Professional, courteous, engaging, keeping us well informed of updates, listening attentively and answering all questions patiently. Basically they care and ease your stress - something that a lot of others lack. We can only say our heartfelt thank you to Talieh and Michelle for assisting us and am absolutely thankful that you two have taken our case and assisting us with the other one. There is no hands more capable. Thank you!!! Update: The ThinkVisa team has informed us that ongoing visa has finally been approved. Thank you so much for all the assistant and wonderful job you have done for us for the last couple of years!
I recently engaged Think Visa when applying for my Permanent Residency Visa and I have been so impressed throughout the whole process. I had engaged 2 other similar companies when applying for Sponsorship Visas previously and found the process to be confusing and frustrating, it felt as though there was always something which had been missed! This has not been the case through Think Visa.. the documentation they ask you to supply at the beginning is straight forward and you're given a checklist to prevent anything being missed or back and fourths. Once this was completed, they did the rest! All you have to do from there is wait for the DOI to make a decision.. which came today! I am now officially an Australian Permanent Resident. 10/10 stars for these guys, thank you so much!! I couldn't recommend you enough.
Rayner was helpful in the initial engagement of the lodging of the application and did give us a discount even though we thought the fees were quite expensive, but all in all it was worth it as we knew nothing about the process and he was very knowledgeable about how we could approach the lodgement of the 309 visa, given the situation my husband and I were in. I appreciated the initial assessment and possiblities of how they would approach the application. He did give us a heads up on other clients having their applications processed quicker than usual but at the same time managed our expectations of the listed processing times vs what was happening, just in case our application didn't follow suit; in order to manage our expectations and not disappoint us. Once we lodged the application we anxiously waited a result and as normal and expected we did get frustrated and request meetings and viewing of the application, but overall the agents were very patient, attentive and helpful. They would meet with us whenever we needed clarification or had questions about the application. All in all we got a positive result, the 309 visa was granted in 3.5 months. Thank you think visa for managing the application and our expectations, we appreciate your help!
Horrible company. Got my Irish partner deported, through absolute negligence. Constantly being told that they had not received any information from the department and that she was on a bridging visa, until the department confirmed that they had sent the information to Think Visa months prior and they were sitting on it. And my partner was then told they overstayed their visa and had 30 days to leave the country. Next Think Visa suddenly changed the agent to protect themselves and went into radio silence, because they were completely at fault. We were left to leave the country over a 482 visa and handed a 3 year ban.
To Think Visa, in regards to the overall service, and members of staff in whom work for this company. My husband and I would like to greatly extend our gratitude towards this organization, and the efforts in which the individuals employed here put towards helping my husband submit and obtain his Visa. In hence, allowing my husband the ability to continue a life with myself and our daughter in Australia. Throughout the entire process, we were treated with so much consideration and respected greatly by those we worked with. We thank so much to Gunjan Mullick for taking care of our case, providing extensive support and help in regards. It is competent and professional workers such as Gunjan that really make a difference. The whole process was very easy to comprehend and during this, we were given strong points of advice, notable reflections in which would help our case, and a completely professional overview in which, in the long run, proved ultimately beneficial towards our case. Now, after a long haul and countless months of providing documents and being supported through every step of the way, we can proudly say that we are extremely glad that we decided to follow through, especially with the recommendations of the individuals of whom represent this department. We are overwhelmed by the support and willingness, in which we were susceptible to receive. It should only be an example, as the work commenced by Gunjan sets a good example of standards for not only other colleagues, but the organization as a whole. Thank you so much for everything over the last year. We look forward to finalising the last steps of the Visa in the months to come, and couldn't be happier with Gunjan by our side. We highly recommend Think Visa for anyone looking to obtain a Visa of any sort. You will not be disappointed. Thank you!
