My wife and I had a torrid time when we self-applied for our 190 visa back in 2020. I was working as a health practitioner in rural Australia during the middle of COVID 19 lockdowns, being in a new workplace and town we had so much on our mind that we missed out important details required of us from Home Affairs that led to our visa to be rejected. We reached out to Think Visa who helped us with the appeal. However even after 3 years we heard nothing from the Tribunal, Think Visa advised me to re-apply for the 190, I was hesitant but I was glad that I followed their recommendations. Their team was swift in responding to my emails, we followed their suggestions and in turn they sorted out all the small details we overlooked, helped us with our paperwork. The end result was we got our 190 visa in a much shorter time than I would have expected. I would like to recommend Think Visa to anyone who have visa enquiries and needing help in navigating the complex immigration system of Australia. I engaged thinkvisa for my PR application with options of either the 801/820 or 189/190. I had started this application over a year prior to my visa expiry and yet I now have to extend my temporary visa for another year before applying for my PR for the third time. I was initially told sweet words about having a 'strong profile' but they messed up the application because they did not know the clauses within the application, resulting in botched applications, twice. Their response was to extend my current temporary visa with another temporary one and then reapplying for another PR application round. They would favour squeezing more money out of clients than for the wellbeing of them. The case was also tossed between different staff all the time, having to contact multiple numbers to obtain a response or update which only speaks of the structure and staff turnover rate going on within. From start to finish I was handed over from 5 different persons. There were also unprofessional handling of cases and client interactions. Thinkvisa had insisted on an email termination process when I wanted to verbally speak about the situation to a supervisor. The solicitor then 'passed' me along to himself claiming to be his own 'supervisor' when I wanted to raise a complaint. I was told nothing can be done and crudely told 'no' so they 'would not repeat (themselves)'
I applied both visa 482 and 186 via Think Visa, my original agent was Candice and she was good. However since she left, the service quality and professionalism have dropped significantly. First, during my application, two agents who took charge of my case left but the company didn't inform me until I found it out myself, which made me feel not being respected. And the second agent didn't provide useful guidance even when I asked what should be done upfront. The insufficient communication made me more stressful than necessary. I hope Think Visa can do better.
I hired ThinkVisa on 188 program during 2020-2023 and it was unpleasant one!! The pre-sale was very misleading, some items got confirmed positive are the exact one got Visa rejected. It was misleading and unprofessional pre-sale just to get money from you. Such a waste on money and time! And during the service period, the pre-sale and service ladies were all gone even got name changed. At 2023 they just put an extremely unprofessional rookie who know nothing about previous case to notice the result and without proper explanation. I don't think they are professional and ethic enough during the process!
Think Visa helped immensely with the process of getting both my wife's Partner (Subclass 100) visa and my father-in-laws Contributory Aged Parent (subclass 864) submitted. Their work undoubtedly resulted in quicker than expected outcomes and visa grants allowing our family to relocate from Canada to Australia. Obtaining permanent visa's for family to come to Australia is not an easy process and can be quite stressful, Think Visa made it easy and stress free. If genuine in wanting to relocate to Australia, you cannot go past their knowledgeable and professional help that resulted in positive outcomes for our family allowing us to migrate to Australia and being our new lives. Avoid this at any cost. Scam Scammed 10000AUD from me, not a single application lodged. They will promise you " Until you get visa we are behind you" before the payment. Will get the payment as upfront. a Bulk. I was Primarily considered about GTI visa and any other visa after that if failed. They said no need to have copyrights, Journal articles or international awards as per the government website says, just working experience of 3 different countries and salary threshold is enough for GTI. I had all thinkvisa mentioned. But it was a false statement, just to get the money. I paid whole amount ~10000AUD. agency fee 9370AUD + ACS application fee. ACS rejected my application for same reasons the government website asks for. ( not having copyright, Publications/International awards) So as per agreement they should "behind me until I get visa and not any other payments required" ( they may have manipulate their legal agreement as they are lawyers) So my employer agreed to sponser me. Then I tried to go with thinkvisa for 186 Visa. But they then said that they need another 4500AUD as agency fee. They are greedy for money. they thought that they can get more money out from my employer too. Additionally to that greediness following lowest qualities they have. Lacks communication after getting money. - once my agent Robin had no response for months. Then I searched him for linkedin and saw that he had resigned from thinkvisa. Until I call thinkvisa, they never contacted me and assigned me to another agent. My proces was delayed 3 or 4 months and then Salary threshold also updated to a new value meanwhile and new value was a bit higher than my salary. Even after assigning to a new agent, they lacks responses to emails. Gets 2-3 days to followup. I finally wasted my money and not a single application lodged for 10grand. These kind of businesses should not exist. total SCAMS. False promises. That 10grand I earnt was very hard earnt money. Not easy money like thinkvisa make by scamming. Beaware of their agreements. Beaware of their promises Dont pay upfront beaware of legal manipulations Most importantly, Dont chose thinkvisa for your own good. They will not refund. never. They have the authority to addup whatever the costs for documenting emailing blah blah and you will get a <5% of total amount paid as a refund.
