I’d give one star because in the end, I did get my visa. But if I had to do the whole process again I WOULDNT do it with Think Visa. The whole process was very stressful and frustrating. Communication was very bad, they would respond fast but were not very thorough and understanding that not everyone understands the process thats why we ask questions. There were so many back and forth emails asking the same thing and wouldnt get clear answers so I dont know if it was a language thing. Also, if you ask questions regarding other visa options they are so quick to say you have to pay. I was merely asking questions to know what my other options were in case things didnt fall through and they will not go out of their way to even answer your questions. So for the amount of money that they charge, the service really was not worth it and the worst experience I’ve had.

Truly appreciative of their efforts to lodge our SC 190 application on time. I had a hard time finding a migration agency who will accept our (including my partner) application. Most of the agencies refused our case during initial consultation due to its' complications and deemed it was too risky for us to lodge it with my partner. But Think Visa accepted it without hesitations. All they did was to think outside the box and dig more information about the details of our relationship. And voila! The application was granted a little over a month. My 482 visa journey with ThinkVisa had been so good. They’re already my company’s migration agency 10 years ago and going again with them after all those years had been a very good decision. My migration lawyer Ms. Michelle has been attentive and responsive into all my queries and she knew what would be the best advice that we should do, from my company’s sponsorship visa up to my working visa. I would like to extend an appreciation to Think Visa (Ms Angelika ) and not to forget to Ms Annie too ( an ex staff) who have been working hard for my partner 820/801 visa applications which have been granted a week ago. They have done an excellent service during the process of my applications. Well done girls and keep it up the good job! My experience from the beginning was really positive. The initial video call outlined the steps, what to expect, timelines.. and they were able to sufficiently answer all my questions and concerns (ie. Do I have to be in the country when they grant the visa as it says on the website.. the answer to which is yes, but they simply wait and ask when you'll be back in the country if you happen to be outside while they make a decision). I received the grant of my 820 partner visa in October after submitting my first form in May so it only took 5 months for it to be processed. Bella, specifically, was amazing in guiding me and liasing for the supplementary documents they needed. Additionally, the Google Doc they provide at the start is so helpful as a checklist for documents that need to be submitted as well as the example documents. I will note that if you begin this process, it's recommended to submit before the Visa Fees increase in July (EOFY).
