I’m writing to warn others about Think Visa’s unprofessional conduct. My partner and I were on an initial call where they assured his visa would be fine, promising a free resubmission if it failed. They later said it wouldn’t succeed, demanded more payment to restart, and refused a refund. Early on, Richard requested my partner’s CVC code via an unsecured method, a major red flag. When my partner asked for a refund, Richard called it “normal” and denied the request. Alarmed, we researched online and found complaints of financial mismanagement, like a Wordofmouth.com.au review calling them “money hungry scam artists” who took $6,500 “without conscience.” A Glassdoor employee review also noted pressure to “sign up new clients whether they are eligible or not,” revealing deceptive tactics. By contrast, my visa process with Aussizz Migration Agents was transparent and professional, with secure payment handling. Think Visa’s lack of ethics could cost you dearly, so look elsewhere for a migration agent.

I paid $5500 to think visa for my nephew visit visa application which they later change to student visa because according to them it’s much safer option.not much progress so we decided to put on hold because of COVID and now we want to start the process again and they want another $500 to open the file.i called them 3 weeks ago to get update and receptionist said someone will call me back but still waiting no reply.its a total waste of money and time.not reliable people after spending too much money.don’t waste your money with this visa service.very disappointed
They took $4499 off my mum who informed them DAYS later that she couldn't go ahead with her visa due to sponsorship issues, but wouldn't give her a refund of ANY kind. The $4499 was advertised as the FULL 407 visa process and application, yet all they received from her was a copy of her current visa and passport. They wouldn't begin the visa process without paying this in full first. How could they have drafted OR lodged any kind of application with such little information? They then sent her a statement of services which coincidentally totalled the $4499.. with all sorts of other work claimed to have been done in such a small amount of tine, what a surprise! Please don't bore me with your long-winded legal practitioner style response Think Visa, you are money-grabbing/unfair agents. I have filed a complaint with OMARA.
Appalling service, very unprofessional. No accountability taken for the clear misinformation provided by Think Visa re: my parent’s migration visa. I was informed by Think Visa that as per the Department of Home Affair’s letter in response to my father’s untimely death, my parent’s entire visa application was withdrawn. I called Think Visa to double check this information and was told nothing different. Think Visa did not make an attempt to clarify with the department, instead they advised me to lodge a new application for my mother. I later found out that my mother’s visa application remained valid and was in fact not cancelled. Save your money for a migration agent that will actually advocate for you and clarify things with the department on your behalf.
I gave it 1 star rather than a 0 star because Thinkvisa did help my family to get 188A investment business visa granted, took a very long time but anyway. My family migrared to Australia to run the business and unfortunately covid hit and we had to apply for extension visa. I was 22 and was a dependant. The process of applying for extension was stressful. They did not advise the correct information and we had to seek for advise from another agent. They have different lawyers/officers look after our case every several months. They did not do things that we wanted, form was not filled out properly. We paid in full amount but the process was delayed. When I turned 23, I could not be a dependant anymore. I went to a different agent to do my 491 and got it granted in 2 months. All they needed to do was withdraw my name from 188A extension application as I have 491 visa already but they did not do it, my new agent had to do. Now, my family is still with them, only because my family still wait for the visa grant. The extension process started March 2023 and they did not submit the simple 956 forms. Forms were not filled out properly, wrong and missing details in the form. The team is slow in response and delayed in process. Cost is expensive but service is terrible. If anyone wants to do investment visa, I would not recommend this agent, I do not think they are good at it.
Excellent, but not cheap, service - but then you pay your money and take your choice! The bottom line is they achieved the desired result (a Partner Visa) against a fairly complex set of circumstances in a very reasonable timeframe -17 months to TR and then only an additional 2 months for PR. The key to this was early advice that my partner could legally remain in Australia during the application process. This was based on their extensive experience and understanding of the visa system that other, let's say potentially cheaper, agencies may not have been aware of. Highly recommended. I say again, you pay your money..........
