I originally gave This Is Australia (TIA) a 5* review in June 2017, but I simply must update it to say 3 years later that TIA still remains as one of the best companies I have ever used for their services. This is reflected by their perfect review score, which I am happy to add to 😊 If you are honestly serious about any kind of visa application... why wouldn't you use an agent? First, they know the in's and out's of all the policy and changes, that can even alter daily, so they can debunk all those myths you hear in coming to Australia or through friends or family. Second, they are completely professional and genuine in their aspiration to assist with migration issues, and overall I struggle to find any kind of critique for TIA. In fact, the first time I spoke with this company I ended up receiving a 2 hour complementary phone call, to which the agent didn't mind spending time to provide me with thorough answers and ended to say "we offer this level of care in the hope people return to us as customers" - name another company that does that! 💞 My partner and I also wanted a "safety net" behind our application so that we didn't have to learn how the online government application system works, so it was a far less stressful process to endure as we felt we had left it to the professionals. We would absolutely recommended the services of TIA to the highest degree, in that when anyone ever asks me about visa-related questions I will always point firmly towards This Is Australia 👌
The team at This is Australia have been of great support and help with every step of the visa process, they go above and beyond to help. They are consistent with communication in every step and make it simple and easy to complete the necessary tasks needed. I met one of the team in the UK prior to arriving in Australia at a Down Under event and knew from then what I needed to do before arriving. Being on a working holiday visa when arriving and looking at becoming a Permanent Resident at some stage. Stuart and Mathew helped me achieve my dream of staying in Australia and I am now a citizen and call Australia home, because of all the efforts the team did and the high level of professionalism and experience and skills. My dream of living in Australia wouldn't have happened. I am forever grateful to call Australia home and for the past 3 years have my own business all of which This is Australia and the team helped come true. Hello Everyone, Here is my personal experience with This is Australia Migration Agency, for the readers who is looking for options in their Australian visa. A Case officer named Stuart was assigned and he was looking after our case. He has a very good understanding of what Australian Immigration Authorities look for and what are the documents they require etc. Anthony and team were excellent in providing the information related to the visa and processing. We got our 482 visa granted within 10 days from the date of lodging the application and this was only possible due to the timely service provided by the team. Moreover, I would also like to mention TIA team is highly professional and well organised and they have extensive knowledge in regional visas. Hi there, Here is a quick review for the readers who is looking for options in their Australian visa if that can be of little help in finding the best service. Anthony and team were excellent in providing the information related to the visa and processing. We got our 187 visa granted within 6 months from the date of lodging the application and this was only possible due to the timely service provided by the team. Moreover, I would also like to mention Anthony is extremely knowledgeable in regional visas whereas as my previous experience with immigration consultants were not very great.
