Simply put: they really care about you. When I got refused of my visa application 6 months ago, I sent an email to their chief advisor Gary for inquiry. He called me right away and arranged an onsite visit. He told me not to worry too much, just come and have a chat. It calmed me down greatly thereafter. Sookyi Leong and her colleagues helped to submit my administration appeal, but it didn't stop there. She actually thought out of box and recommended me to try again with a new visa application with better preparations. I hesitated at first, but apart from money there's nothing more to lose, hack I might actually have a shot as she told me with past experience and cases. Thank goodness I didn't reject this idea! With more and better documentations and, professional performance of Sookyi and her colleagues I finally received my student visa.
