I’ve had the most pleasant experience working with Maison Chen for my PR application, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. Hanan was my assigned case lawyer and she is truly outstanding. I had a fantastic experience working with Karl! He was not only prompt and efficient, but also incredibly professional and easy to communicate with. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free by keeping me regularly updated and following through on everything he promised. His attention to detail and dedication truly stood out. Definitely a 5-star service from Karl! However, during Karl’s leave, I was temporarily transferred to Michael Sanders, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing, and feels neglected as a client. He was unresponsive and failed to follow through, saying he would send something by the next day during a scheduled call but then providing no updates for weeks.
