Really bad experience for Australian PR process, please be aware from this company. I would not recommend them for anything. They charged $3500 upfront for the Australian PR process. I was very skeptical when they were charging $3500 upfront, but looking at the skewed reviews they have on google, reviews, I thought they'll are a genuine company. I would not suggest their services please stay away from them. First of all they charge the money up front for their services which no other agency does and if you wish to withdraw their services in between because of any reason they will not refund your money even after having a refund policy. Tried contacting everyone at the office multiple times but nobody is answering now. When you raise a ticket at their support, just instantly close the tickets. The team lead from Y-axis also in fact agreed in writing that I should be getting a refund of about $1000 and I have accepted it, but still Y-axis is not ready to refund amount is $1000. This company has so many red flags, I wish I had gone through the reviews properly. Legit bad experience. I just want my money back which is rightly due. It is sickening and disgusting how this company operates. Update: Got the money refunded which was rightly due, only because I didnt give up. But still the review stands.

Submitted some details through an inquiry form with a view to get more information. I immediately received 6 emails that were just useless form-generated stuff and just polluted my inbox for no reason. Over the next 2 days I received 5 phone calls from overseas numbers without leaving any voicemail. With them clearly not getting the hint I answered, only to be greeted with an extremely loud call centre and just jumping right into more questions. I submitted my details because I wanted to GET more info, not GIVE it - it felt like all they wanted to do is harvest my data and ram me through a customer pipeline. Not cool. Immediately got the ick and pulled the pin.

I am very happy with the service I have received from Y-Axis for my PR journey.
