Very bad experience in applying my student visa, not helpful end up. Kick ball back to me, convince me that times is everything ok, end up not helpful in solve my problem. Refuse to provide me the register agent number, before payment, until ready for submission then I only know my register agent is who? Who sign for my application, before person deal with me is not register agent, and convince me with promising and end up nothing helpful.
