If you want sleepless nights, stress and get wrong information. Yes, please join the club. I will just share two main issues with the wonderful Pathway to Aus. Probably telling all of them would give me a headache again. At the beginning I chose a school in Cairns (for some economic reasons and all schools have to provide the same program, right?). However, my job situation changed and I decided to go to school in Townsville. So I asked Brad if it was possible or would be a problem (knew I'll lose the deposit). So I just got an email with new enrollment. I sent an inquiry about some confirmation about withdrawing me from Cairns school. No answer about that. What was my surprise after a couple of months when I got an email from Cairns I didn’t pay the fee for the school. I checked with Brad did he withdraw me from the school he confirmed that should be done and I should send him emails which school sent me. Luckily, I contacted Patrica and she solved that problem because the school wasn’t aware of my resignation. Thank you Patrica for your help. Also, unexpectedly I got a chance to visit my home country after 4 years. So I changed my application from onshore to offshore. Any problem with that? No? I can even save $700. My work and holiday visa will expire after the first day of my course so I thought (very naive) the government has to give the answer before commence day. At least that makes sense to me. I don’t apply for student visa everyday, that is why I’m using someone's help and to get some tips. Pathway to Aus knew which day they can send my application (I still don’t understand why I had to buy insurance from December even I was coming back to Australia on the end of January because otherwise they cannot apply for a visa). They applied 11 days later than they could so exactly a month before my first day of my course. So when I still didn’t have a visa and I had a week to my course. I contacted the PTA - what should I do if I do not get a response from the government. I got the answer that the government is busy and takes some time but fingers crossed I will get it before my visa expires. I spoke with them a few times during this week about what happens when a visa isn’t granted and I have only two weeks more on my current visa. That was a lot of unclear informations, I was told the best person to talk about that will contact me about this (thanks Brand for not doing this) and what is most important: “Hi Magdalena, I hope you are well. We confirmed with our lead migration agent and unfortunately you must leave the country on the 31st of January 2024. Thanks” and “If we don't have a decision by 31 January 2024 you must leave Australia and defer the intake. Copied in this email is our enrolments team that can assist you if you have to defer.” I couldn't get their explanation of what exactly they mean by defer. So on commencement day I called Homes Affair if it is possible to cancel the visa application from their side because I am too sick of this situation and I don’t want to do this course anymore but I like my $ 10 000 which I already paid for first semester of school and insurance so I cannot cancel my application. However, when I was still explaining my situation to a clerk he asked me if I could hold for a moment. After 10 min he came back and told me how I can STAY legally in the country during the waiting time for my proper visa. Yes, I didn’t tell the agent about that. Funny, they didn’t ask me did I leave the country or about deferring the course, only I got an email about how my school is going even according to the information which they provided I shouldn't be in Australia at this moment. That is my story Darling believe or not but you do you. Or just don’t change your life decisions. *** I know you sent me an email a few months ago to leave a 5 stars opinion about your service. I’m sorry for the delay. Also, sorry for not recommending you to any of my mates.

I couldn't recommend Pathway to Aus enough. I had decided to relocate to Australia to be closer to family and was unsure on how to do it. I looked around different company's and they all wanted to do is charge a fee just to talk to them about my situation. With my unique situation I knew I needed to go with a company. Andrew had answered my call and I told him my situation and he went through my opinions where we decided a student visa would be the best approach. After helping me pick the right course and college that would suit me( very happy what I chose) he then put me through to the immigration team where they helped me with the paperwork and statement to the point where they Australian government was happy and didn't have to ask for further information.
