I honestly had an amazing experience with Nick and the whole team of Pathway to Aus. He was never hesitant to answer all of my questions (innocent and some silly) in guiding me from the start of application. I never felt any pressure when it comes to submission of requirements. In addition, I felt valued as their client by constant monitoring and providing updates from time to time before and after lodging my visa application. My initial experience was great, prompt replies while liaising with Nick. However, as soon as I was referred over to the 'Student' side I have experienced the worst customer service I have ever received - to the point where I have been point blankly ignored. I have tried to follow up with several emails to the consultant Brad plus to the generic email AS WELL AS filling out TWO(!!) enrollment forms online. I would love to know why all of a sudden I have been ignored. Was I doing something wrong by asking questions before I (try) to sign up and enroll?? I am so disappointed as I really wanted to use this agency as their updates / info on all things visas are very helpful and informative. But the customer service has been awful. I am unsure how there are so many 5*'s? I only decided to write my review as after posting on an online forum asking for other agencies, several people commented the same issue with Pathway to Aus, so wanted to make others aware.
