I don't get anything in my pocket to write a bad review I'm doing just cause I hope no one gonna feel and be treated as i have been. I started to be followed ages ago by solve Migration at the beginning, i talked to Adam everything was good till he started to delegate jobs. I started to be followed by Pia Reyez ( which I highly do not recommend). I have been asked to pay professional fees for a professional job I didn't have. And I've found my self with a visa rejected and I had to pay extra money to hear other agents to know what was going on around me and I've found that my visa got rejected cause a lame job made by them. She also hidden to me options which I found out at doing consultations with other agents and I also didn't have any apologise. These incompetent people shouldn't be allowed to be immigration agents. I hope this review finds you well if you planning to stay in Australia, don't choose Solve migration.
I posted a comment on Instagram that was unexpectedly deleted. It’s disappointing to see that Solve Migration only showcases positive reviews, while any negative feedback gets removed. On the bright side, after my comment was taken down, several people reached out to me, sharing similar issues with Solve Migration. Adam Khaze may be the face of Solve Migration, but it seems his reputation is being used to attract new clients, even though he no longer handles cases personally. His team often overlooks important details—something that happened not only to me, but also to a friend of mine, and even one of the women who contacted me after my comment on Instagram. I cannot recommend Solve Migration. They submitted my skill assessment without properly verifying the information, leading me to believe they were more interested in getting my money than providing quality service. After reviewing the skill assessment rules, I realized I didn’t meet the necessary requirements to apply at that stage. How did this so-called ‘professional’ team miss that? I was directed to Juliana, but for the first 3-4 times I contacted her, I had to explain my entire case because she wasn’t familiar with it at all. Think twice before trust in this company.
