I had a disappointing experience with Solve Migration, especially after my initial case manager, Kelly, left. She was professional, attentive, and maintained clear communication, but the service quickly declined once Ameline took over my case. Communication with Ameline was poor; emails went unanswered for days, and follow-ups were nonexistent. She also claimed multiple times to have called me about my visa decision, but I have evidence this wasn’t true. On one occasion, she was annoyed that I called her personal number, yet this was the number she used to contact me initially. I applied for a protection visa, and during the initial consultation with Adam, he was optimistic about my chances. However, after 19 months, my application was rejected. Instead of showing willingness to fight on my behalf at the AAT, my case manager was pessimistic even before we lodged the appeal. The submission they prepared was underwhelming—just a few pages for what should have been a thorough, detailed document. When my visa was rejected, they immediately sent me a new contract and followed up just one day later to see if I wanted to proceed with a new appeal. I felt rushed and pressured, as if they were more focused on locking in another contract rather than supporting me. I ultimately decided to handle the appeal myself, which saved me considerable money since I fell under the refugee category and wasn’t required to pay the fees they charged for the migration category. Throughout the entire process, communication was frustratingly sparse. I had to constantly follow up and send reminder emails. After the rejection, they sent me yet another contract to apply for a different visa, insisting on urgency without discussing my other options. Their approach felt like a money grab, rather than providing thoughtful guidance based on my situation. Overall, I felt unsupported and would not recommend Solve Migration to anyone looking for careful and considerate immigration assistance.
I highly recommend Solve Migration. After consulting with many lawyers, all told me it would be difficult for me to obtain PR, and some even refused to meet with me because they couldn’t help. Then a friend recommended Adam. In just 10 minutes, he provided all the solutions, including backup plans B and C. Despite my complex case, Adam found the best and quickest path for me to get PR. He said I could apply the 482 visa, which surprised me because other lawyers told me it wasn't suitable for my case and that I couldn't apply for a 482 visa. He was professional, confident, and incredibly knowledgeable about visas. When he asked if I had any questions, I didn’t, because he had already covered everything. Gunjan, who handled my paperwork, was amazing—always helpful and professional. She even reached out and worked on documents over the weekend, and had meetings with me before her regular hours. Whenever I was uncertain or confused, she communicated clearly and followed up promptly. Immigration was quite thorough, calling my workplace twice and asking for additional documents. But everything was prepared, and Gunjan took the time to review each document with me in a Zoom meeting. Yesterday, my visa was granted, and I was overwhelmed with emotion.
