Their expertise truly stood out when they stepped in to fix a mess caused by another agent, Classic Travels. My initial Australian visa application, handled by them, was refused due to their lack of attention to detail and errors in the application. Judith carefully reviewed my case, resolved all the issues, and ensured my new application was approved without any hassle. The only downside is that the Visa Application Centre’s services are a bit pricey, but the professionalism and peace of mind they provide make it absolutely worth it.
