A big thanks to Visas Avenue for guiding us to achieve our goal for our dream country(Canada). The continued support from Mr. Ritesh & Mr. Gopal in finding the best fit university, writing the SOP, collating documents and application filing was commendable & is much appreciated to the day. When almost all the online sources were stating the worst repercussions of filing my (Student Visa) & my husband's (Spouse Open Work Permit) together, VA gave us hope & showed faith in our profile based on their years of experience and guess what, we both got the approval within 20 days of application. Heyyy , I would surely suggest visa avenue . I have applied for student visa canada through them and honestly they are very professional they helped me a lot . And my consultant was Mr. Gopal and he always cleared my doubts and also helped me with everything .Firstly I was scared because it's my first time but really the results are very good. Moreover, I would like to thank Mr Ritesh sir, he also helped me to clear my doubts and in making a strong visa file .He helped me with everything. And atlast I want to say just trust their process and have patience because they know what they are doing.. thanks to gopal sir and ritesh sir very much for their help .

One of the worst thing I paid for in my life. I have registered to Delhi office for Canada PR and living in US. After sales cycle everything takes downturn; worked with them for last 5 years but they have not created any profiles for any province. No preference of time zone - I have received calls at 2:30 am and that just shows poor professionalism. Even after when i said I want to close they were just happy and nothing asked. I have been shown no proof of what they have done in last 5 years with my profile. I have wasted my good years on this company, please save yours and go somewhere else
I got my study permit through them, they provide you with a document check list. Proof read your sop and check the inspect the needed documents to tell you your good and bad spots. But along the way its still you who will have to do all the heavy lifting. They just tell you what you need, they dont really provide much help getting it ready. Dont expect to leave everything on them but they can guide you along the process, they mostly know what they are doing but you gota stay vigilant and participate actively, monitor everything. Dont expect them to handle everything, its has to be your efforts 80 to 90 percent of the time however they will tell ya rights and wrongs. Good luck !
Highly unprofessional and laid back team!! I wish we knew how irresponsible Visa Avenue was before we applied for my father in law’s Australian visit visa. We applied for his visa just as husband and mine work visa was approved so he could come with us. Initially it looked all good but when we started to expect his visa grant there was always a lame response. Despite calling Visas Avenue every day the team didn’t take our requests seriously. Unfortunately my husband and I had to leave and had to make other arrangements for our father in law in India. It was almost after two months they told us that the visa grant email came on time but it went to their SPAM folder and therefore they couldn’t intimidate us before! We were shocked to see the grant date was 8th June and they emailed us on 3rd August. So much time and money went into getting him from India, we struggled as a family and the least they could do was just send an apology email. There was no satisfactory explanation from their end, and I still refuse to believe how an important email from Australian immigration department can go to the company’s SPAM folder! It just shows their pathetic coordination and careless attitude towards clients. Would never recommend this service to anyone!
An overall great experience that helped us all along our journey to Canada PR. They guided us in the right direction and promptly reminded us of the steps to be taken if something came up in between. The process for us lasted well over 3 years (including Covid induced delays) and then our own availability issues due to the nature of our jobs. Visas avenue was constantly monitoring our application even during that period and was guiding us throughout this time. There were many queries from IRCC during this period and they were always there to properly guide us on how to respond to each one of them. They patiently listened to us if we had any queries and guided us in the right direction. Special mention to Shalini Das Tarafder who was our contact person for being there whenever we needed assistance with our application. *There are many frauds and consultancies that misguide you (happened to us as well), but from our experience with Visasavenue, we can tell you that its worth your money. They only take cases and money from you after thorough checks.
Truly grateful to Visa Avenue for guidance and help in lodging my visa application. It is because of mainly Ritesh Kumar Sir, I was able to apply for my Canadian Study Permit timely. I highly appreciate his timely response to all my queries, emails, and calls. For a student, this process can be distressful but because of visa avenue / Mr. Ritesh's continuous efforts and diligence, I had faith that my visa application was in good hands.
