My experience with Visas Avenue has been nothing short of great, especially with my case manager Jyoti Singh; she has been a great support throughout my PR journey and I cannot thank her enough for her patience and guidance, she really went the extra mile to help me out at every step of the way & answer every small, trivial queries patiently. I found Visas Avenue thoroughly professional ,Transparent as a consultant for Canadian or Australian Pr Process. I was able to get my Canada PR approval in less than 12 months and that was something even I didn’t expect . I give credit to my case manage and rest of the people who kept in touch with me regarding my documentation, deadlines, etc. and of course, did the constant follow up on my application. In fact, I don’t write reviews, however, this time around, I really felt the need and hence, writing it for Visas Avenue team. If anyone of you planning for Canada or Australia immigration, I recommend their service for sure as a visa consultant. Thank to your team and all the best to you for your future endeavors! Highly unprofessional they do not provide a single solution to your case. They have some by-hearted lines they will keep repeating. Incase you ask them a question they will read out some information which is publically known facts or open source documents. They will not guide how to do your processes whom to touch base with, what documents are required to be carried etc. Incase you ask for some information they will keep telling we are checking internally and that goes on for 6-8 months but no solution. Will not give any information and will not respond to any mails sent. (Have been mailing them for more than 15 days to schedule a call) Only time they will correspond to your queries when you bad put bad ratings on open forum reviews. And then they will address your query post which will followup continuously to remove your comment. Would never recommend to go with them ever. Its your hard-earned money go anywhere else. I wished a had the option to put negative ratings
One of the worst and fraudulent Immigration consultants in Delhi. I lodged a Visitor Visa file for my wife through them and the agent's name is Mr Amit Gautam Madan(Sr Coordinator - Tourist Visa).He is so unprofessional and irresponsible in their conduct and doesn't actually care about their clients. I got one refusal letter before I contacted Miss Mohini Gupta(Team Manager) on 18th Feb22 and discussed my history with her. She told me we are working with MARA( Migration Agents Registration Authority) and they will carefully review your file before lodgment. They took Rs 23,600/- for lodgment of my file because the file was lodged under MARA. She told me the benefits of this service. If we get rejection on your file then we can still review that decision through MARA.She didn't tell me it depends on your Refusal Visa condition to review or not. If this was told earlier I never paid this much amount of fee for my visitor visa and still got the same Refusal reason as previous. So many Unprofessional and careless people working in this Visa Avenue. They misguide people, waste people's hard earned money because of this unprofessional way of working. They did not even give importance to my Previous Refusal Letter and did the same thing which has happened before. I got the exact same refusal letter as previous. They Just take money and do not study your file. Then what is the point in giving you that much fees if you can't study the file you are doing carefully??? In meantime while my file was under process since Mar 29th I discussed my file from few agencies to make sure we going in right direction or not but they all said to me why your agent not creating your wife strong home ties by showing 7-8 lakhs into her fixed Deposit account because this is the only reason my file got refused previously. I trusted them because Mr. Gautam Madan told me the same file got approved in 25 days.(Mine took 76 Days). They do not even care about anything after giving them fees, not even following up with immigration about the processing time that took over 36 days. They don't even care about clients after getting money from them. I gave them the documents as per their request then filed on 29th March later after 2 months I noticed the file is missing her current payslip which ultimately I noticed that the file is lodged with Nov21 payslips. Who is reviewing the file before lodgement ?? Why are MARA agents not able to notice these major points?? No One is asking anything, not even checking anything.I emailed him to upload her current payslips on 6th JUNE 22 after convincing him to do this urgently but he took everything for granted and uploaded my payslips on 10th JUNE. he emailed me on the same day that he is uploading it now but nothing. Why has this happened??? I paid this much fees and the file is not being reviewed before lodgement?? Who is gonna study the file and case? I still got the same reason for refusal then what is the point of paying you this much fees?? After refusing Mr. Amit Gautam Sir said to me on call that we are going to review my Visa category and lodge another file through as per your category. Then why did you not review my file when I got my previous refusal letter and lodged accordingly that time?? What is the point of checking after a file gets refused for the same reason?? Proper example of Failure and fraud.I rarely give bad reviews but this I had to say to save others' hard earned money.

I paid for their services in 2019, and since then there have 7 changes in the person representing us, lost 3 PNP opportunities, never made to the express entry pool once in 3 years, given documents 4 times and each time got told that the documents are lost as the last person who had it left the organization. I requested for refunds lot of times and all i am told is that they will work on my case seriously. If they will work seriously now, were they just playing with my file in last two years. Never go to this consultancy .. they misguide people, waste people's hard earned money, irresponsible and unprofessional in their conduct and don't actually care about their clients. If they were able to get you a visa means that you could have gotten it without too much of effort yourself. Don't fool yourself by thinking that they did a good job. If you don't agree, I am happy to discuss .. if you do please write more reviews so they know the flaws and for once try to fix them rather than showing off their not so great services.
I would 100% recommend Visas Avenue. My whole family have been using their services for the past 5 years. They helped my daughter become a PR in Canada and now they have helped me get my Visa as well. You can tell that they really care about their clients. They always answer any questions you have in a very polite and prompt manner. The whole Visas Avenue working team is proactive and provide practical advice and guidance no matter how complicated your case is. With Visas Avenue you can have the peace of mind knowing that your Visa application process is being handled by experts and they will always do the best for their client. Not poor but worst customer service. Wrong information most of the time. They charged me fee, did nothing although they knew that my CRS score was low and applying through PNP was the only option for my Canada PR, they didn’t apply even a single time for any state in 2 years. Dear owner, instead of defending yourself on every review, why don’t you audit the cases in your company first. I am not sure whether you are aware of the things happening there but you should really take care of this. My wife Madhvi had her file with Ms. Ruchika sharma for her Canada PR. I will surelly never ever recommend Visas avenue to anyone due to my bad experience. May be you will reply my review by saying that I am a fake client to defame you or my case was fault or whatever but trust me I am not here to defame Visas Avenue but it’s really hurt when you loose your money as well as precious time. If you need, I can send you my mail communication with Visas Avenue and then you will see most of the wrong informations provided from the day 1.
Reply for response: I do understand "approval or rejection of an application is beyond our control and jurisdiction, as it thoroughly depends on the Canadian immigration department, i.e. IRCC (Immigration Refugees, and Citizenship Canada)." but the reasons on the basis of visa got rejected. I had the proper documentation to fail those rejection and better chances to get the approval. 1. I had the bank certificate to show funds but your agents said not required. 2. Letter of invitation was modified by your agent and he removed important points regarding purpose of visit 3. Family ties to Canada/India, I did asked to write in detail regarding this, your agent suggested not required. whereas I kept on saying, please do add more relevant documents to make the profile strong but we got suggestion from your agent not required. I trusted him by thinking that you people are in this business and you know better. Even after Rejection there was no proper conversation, just an email stating that visa was rejection by IRCC and if you want to re-Apply then you have to pay us again. Seriously pay you again? for what ? just to click the submit button and modify the profile in such a way that we can get more rejection and you can earn money by saying we will re-apply and you have to pay us fee. Sorry to say : Once bitten twice shy. Suggestion : when we pay hard earned money then please pay that much importance to your work Previous Review :Please avoid this visa services if u want to save your money! I don’t know how they reached to this good rating on google but my experience with these people is worst. They will intentionally make your application be rejected by the embassy. So why i chose VISAS AVENUE because i wanted to make sure that my documentation is proper and i am not missing anything which can make my visa get rejected. If u give enough documents as a proof they will filter them in such a way by saying this is not required and we already have enough documents to comply with. To make your visa get rejected so that they can charge you again to reapply. They charged me fee of 13000/- just to click a submit button on Canada visa website and they will do nothing other than this. And you have to do all your documentation part and they have worst customer service plus they will not take responsibility of anything. I will suggest go with those agents who takes responsibility of their on mistakes to get you visa and don’t ask for a fee to reapply.
