I have applied for Canada PR (express entry) through Visas Avenue. All the members involved in my process are welcoming and professional. I first met Mr Puran Singh. He explained the whole procedure very nicely and clarified my doubts. I felt that he has in depth knowledge about this process . I believe all the members involved with my process would definitely do their best. I recommend people to visit VISAS avenue atleast once. They don't force you to opt their plans. Hoping for positive results.

I had created my file with visas avenue in 2018. Currently I have an IELTS score of 8/9. Visa avenue failed to make any efforts from their end to work on my PR. They could have tried things like PNP and take advantage of the fact that I am currently in Canada on work permit. But they never made any kind of efforts. All they did in these last few years is to email me with the cutt-off scores for express entry and to ask if they can close my file since there has been no activities. I could have used that money somewhere meaningful.

Hi All, I'm writing this post in the hope that it will be helpful to anyone considering using Visa Avenue's services. Long story short, I did my skills assessment from Sydney in 2020, and while I received a positive result, it was not what I deserved. So I took some time off, or, to put it another way, I stopped pursuing this PR process. Devi from Chennai, who is part of the Visa Avenue team, did a thorough follow-up, and I started believing that, this team is superior to other immigration consultancies. Sowjany from Hyderabad, who is part of Visa Avenue's Documentation team, did an outstanding job in advising what documents are required for skills assessment. She correctly identified the mistakes I made the previous time and assisted me in resolving every single issue, such as date issue, lack of documents and so on. After a thorough review, she submitted the skills assessment to ACS in November 2021. Today, efforts have been rewarded, and I received a positive assessment with maximum points. We are thankful for the guidance and support provided by Visas avenue for Canadian PR process. We finally received our PR (Express Entry , PNP)after a long wait of almost 2 years (owing to Pandemic). However, throughout this time, Ms. Jyoti Singh, our case manager, had been our guiding light. She was always prompt and proactive in resolving our queries at any point of time. She was very thorough with the documentation requirements and under her guidance, the tedious task of documentation was a seamless process (which is the most critical part). We would also like to thank Mr. Niranjan Kanade, the Client service manager from Mumbai, who gave the right guidance at the right time. Would definitely recommend Visas Avenue for those who have a CRS score (Above 430), to channel their process through this agency.
I must say my experience with Visas Avenue has been extremely wonderful. I want to thank Mr. Amit Gautam, who helped me throughout in my journey. He was extremely supportive, kind and full of patience. Covid-19 had severely impacted my process but Mr. Amit Gautam had always been available, answered all my queries and always assured me that everything's going to be taken care of. I had never worked with any consultant before, I have to say he is the best. I am going to go to him only for visas of family members as well. I am so grateful for such brilliant services and the team.
I am currently in Sydney. I applied for my Australia Partner spouse visa through Visa avenue New Delhi and as promised I received my 820 subclass visa on time without any delays. Amit Kumar Gautam was my point of contact from Visa avenue who looked after my entire application process. He gave an extraordinary support through out the application preparation and he was always available on call for any support during the process. Also post submission , he used to send the status of my application every week which gave me some hopes and finally I received My 820 subclass visa in April 2021 with which I can confidently stay & work in Australia without any issues.
