I’ve been contacted by Sowmya reddy Peddireddy (Sydney, Partamatta) and Charged me $3300 , I was given false hope of getting PR in Canada within 6 months to a Year Almost 4 years later.. Still no proper support, no assistance provided through out the process. I tried contacting Sowmya Sydney office, no response for calls, emails. Her job is to attract people until they do the payment. Weirdly, my file is handled in Hyderabad branch!!!!! Any other consent was not taken to transfer my case to overseas. To get the process done in India, we’ve to pay dollars in Australia. Great looting of kind people’s money. My case manager was changed couple of times without my knowledge/consent. They just took money and then disappeared. I decided to speak up to Sydney office manager (Benhur Samson) regarding irresponsibility of Sowmya and her behaviour. Somehow he responded finally, and then i requested refund of amount to change the process for other type of visa. Not at all recommended to anyone.
Rating: 1 Star Extremely Disappointing Service – Avoid at All Costs I regret engaging Y-Axis for their services, as my experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. Despite paying a significant amount for their assistance, the service provided was unprofessional, disorganized, and not worth the cost. Key issues included: • Lack of Communication: After payment was made, communication was almost non-existent. I had to chase them repeatedly for updates, with little to no meaningful response. • Poor Customer Service: My specific preferences for communication were ignored, and I was contacted at inconvenient hours despite repeatedly providing clear instructions. • International Support Issues: The recruiters may be based in Australia, but the people handling your case are located in India, which led to odd calling hours that disrupted my schedule. Additionally, I was unable to call them back at convenient times, making it even harder to resolve issues. • Lack of Knowledge about Australian Processes: The team in India seemed to be unfamiliar with current Australian immigration processes, which resulted in incorrect or outdated advice. • Mismanagement: Critical errors were made regarding my case, showing a lack of attention to detail and professionalism. This experience has been a waste of time, money, and energy. I trusted Y-Axis to deliver on their promises, but they failed to provide the services agreed upon. If you’re considering using Y-Axis, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere for a company that values its clients and delivers what it promises.
I have done my process of Express Entry and provincial nomination (PNP) for Canada through Y-Axis senior case manager Rehan Alam, he is very professional, polite and he guided me extremely well throughout my process with all the documentation required from the start of the process till the end. I highly recommend REHAN ALAM, and Y-AXIS because they deal with migration cases in a highly professional Way, and provide monthly updates regarding the invitation rounds of all states of Canada, and guide with better pathways to increase points.

No support throughout no assistance provided. I contacted Sydney office because I live in Brisbane and next minute I know my file is handled in some office in Hyderabad?! No consent was taken to transfer my case overseas and asked if I was okay with it. My case manager was changed 3 times without my knowledge/consent. They just took money and then disappeared. I decided to speak up and then the lady just acted cold and hung up on me. Not recommended at all.
My experience with Y Axis has been bitter sweet. It started out on a very promising note with a lot of tall claims made about my PR process and right upto submitting the EOI, there was a genuine care and concern I saw on part of my agents. I was also told that my case becomes more solid if I take their premium services (which was a lot of money) with agents based in these countries. However, there has been no concern shown from my agents anyway in the last one year. No help in building any plan of action or discussing alternative possibilities. Onboarding is great but follow through has been disappointing.
Please take this review as a warning to never work with them for an Australian PR. I signed up with Y axis almost one whole year ago and since then it's been nothing but a scam.My agent has changed 4 times ( 5 now) and it's always when we're close to finishing. The charges are so high for the worst services I've ever experienced - - they don't double check your documents and will only tell you weeks/ months later it was not the correct one - they made me get the wrong document notarized and then told me to change it by switching out the PDF with the correct signature. This is EXTREMELY illegal btw and can get you in a lot of trouble. - if you ever try to quit they will call you incessantly and convince you to continue with them giving you false promises that the ' application will be lodged this week' - they won't write anything on email because they want to avoid getting their lies on record - their emails are poorly constrictrd and they are so badly organized and will keep loosing your documents and telling you you didn't sent it, and every time they change the agent they'll make you resend everything! - they'll call you at the worst possible time in Australia and tell you " they've been trying to contact you". Call you at like 10 pm at right between work hours You'll be much better off doing it yourself or going anywhere else, after I consulted with other agencies they were shocked at the way Y axis handled my case - delaying so much that my skill wasn't even needed anymore. They will also never reply when it comes to refunds promised , The agents I worked with are Netthi, Laxmi, Archana, Anup, Priyansha, Kareem and Syed.
Hello Everyone this is my geniune experience with Y-Axis. I called them up for my visa for australia permanent residency. They helped me in the best possible way and good experience guiding me. But due to my financial situations i couldnt commit to the fees they were charging. However after that they kept calling me every month. Even after denying the offer there were several emails and calls from them. Once you give them your contact information multiple people will try to contact you till you say yes. Or convience you to take up the offer. I am a private person and would not like to be distubred again and again about same thing. But be careful if you want to share them your inforamation or not. Becuase they will call again till you say yes.
SCAM My whole experience with Y Axis has been extremely unpleasant. I seek their assistance to help me get a Schengen visa, and they were unprofessional in many ways. They falsely promised that they are able to help me get a Schengen visa within 4 weeks. However, after wasting my time, they finally admitted that they could not help me to get the visa on time as promised. As such, I requested a full refund of the fees I have paid, to which they agreed and said they will process the refund. After 3 weeks and a dozen emails of me following up on my refunds, and them continued to advise that “the refund is being processed”, I finally raised a red flag with my bank and reported a dispute so I could get my money back. I also emailed them to advise that I have done so. And since then they have just been silent… Another thing to note that they charge Australian prices when all their staff are based in India, and they work according to Indian timezone, which is 5 hours behind Australia. This was very frustrating and unpleasant to deal with. The fact that they have now ignored me while keeping my money implies that they are a BIG SCAM! I do NOT recommend them for any services, since getting a tourist Schengen visa is a simple job. The names of the people I had to deal with were: Meherzad Bhagwagar, BOLLA MVS Mahesh, Jyothi Poreddy and Saroja Jain. Please avoid them at all costs!
